Our normal shipping are EMS, e-Express service provided by Hong Kong Post and DHL. When your address and country are input, system can calculate the cost for you, and most of the cases will indicated as e-Express, EMS and DHL. Some cases cannot use e-Express as product size issue, we will contact you about it on such issue.

If you are need a special express service like SFexpress/Fedex/UPS, please send us a message after you placing an order.

Any item missing or lost shipment during the shipping transportation, we will try to work it out with you and asking for a compensation, while no guarantee we will ship another item to you before the issue settle.

We accept a face to face collect in Hong Kong area, also please contact us after you placing an order.
